Server is updated to v222.8.
Patch notes are
- A Giganotosaurus entering 'Rage' via damage also instantly enrages any nearby allied Giganotosaurus'
- Fixed bug that was making Giganotosaurus' invincible during their 'Rage' mode
- Reduced 400MB of Texture Memory, woot
- Ended some remaining 'Fear Evolved' bits (Obelisk Colors, Bone Alpha Dinos -- all of your costumes/hats already earned are kept, of course!)
- Fixed IK issue with dinosuar's legs getting "stuck" underneath floors
- Fixed a case where Dinos could deal damage faster than normal
- Sword and Shield Durabilities increased by 60%

Unversioned Hotfix: Disabled LODBias console command for Skeletal Meshes. Is not supported and causes rendering problems.
* New Creatures: Kairuku & Angler Fish!
* New Structures, Catapult, Minigun Turret
* Creature "Fur" pass
* Tiered Server Admin, Wildcard Admin, & Tribe Admin Nametag Icons
* PvE "Tribe Warfare" option (capability for Tribes to officially declare war on each other for mutually-agreed-upon period of time). This is enabled by default. To disable it, add:

WindowsServer\Game.ini
(or LinuxServer)
[/script/shootergame.shootergamemode]
bPvEAllowTribeWar=false

If you want Tribes to be able to cancel an agreed-upon war before it has actually started (default not allowed), then you can also add into that INI:
bPvEAllowTribeWarCancel=true

- Fixed Bear Traps not immobilizing characters
- Fixed PvE Item Containers not locking after server reload (this fix is retroactive)
- Fixed too-high rate of knocked-out torpor recovery on Angler
- Fixed possibility of Alpha Creature "glows" not appearing
- Optimized Server logic related to PvE Tribe Wars
- Reduced Organic Polymer yield from Kairu Clubbing by 40%
- Increased Minigun Turret Damage by 90%

* New 'Weapon': Magnifying Glass!
* Tribe Admin Logs (which can also act as effective "offline event" logs even for solo players!!!!). Server can set "MaxTribeLogs" in Server Game Mode INI, which determines how many Tribe log entries are kept per Tribe (default 100, set it to 0 to disable the system).
* Custom RP-oriented Recipe/Cooking System (including Skill-Based results) -- finally, you can now create your own unique recipes for S### Burgers)! Servers can optionally disable this feature in their GameMode INI via "bAllowCustomRecipes=false"
* +3 Max Survivor Level, +3 Max Dino Level
* Raised Official Server Max Structure & Max Tamed Dino Limits by 20%
* Owned or Claimable Rafts can now be "Demolished", and destroyed Rafts now sink to the ocean floor
* Server Admin Logs (including RCON support) , launch with "-servergamelog" and use RCON command "getgamelog" to print 100 entries at a time also outputs to dated file in in "\Logs", adjust max length of RCON buffer with commandline:

- New Armor Set: Ghillie Suit (Camo, Reduces Enemy Dino Visibility Range by 50% more, and Heat-Resistant)
- New Creature: Oviraptor! Gotta get those eggs! (Needed more polishing time)
- New Structure: Industrial Oven for holiday cooking en masse
- New Strucure: Modern Bed
- New Structure: Table Furniture (upon which you can place floor structures)
- Industrial Forges can now craft up to 20 items of a type at once, however they can not be placed on Dino Platforms anymore.
- Garbage Collector improvement to reduce game stalls/hitches (GC no longer forces an async flush which would result in a stall if any streaming operation was occuring).
- Mods are now only installed/extracted while at the main menu, to avoid lowering in-game performance
- Fixed a protential case where players could be disconnected due to exploding Rocket Launcher projectiles
- Chief Hat & Turkey Mask now appear properly on Dinos
- Doubled Rocket Damage Globally, and also against Dinos by an extra 100%
- Exposed Custom Recipe Cooking Quality and Skill Scalars for Server Configuration. Increased Default Cooking Quality and Skill Scaling by a further 20% each.

- New Structure: Fireplace
- New Structure: Primitive Cage
- Industrial Forge can now quickly convert Wood into Charcoal
- Industrial Cooker now uses irrigation for its water craftings, so you can attach it to an endless water supply
- Catwalks can no longer attach to sloped roofs
- Fixed floating/infinite item bags after structures were autodestroyed
- Fixed Plant Species X / Turrets attacking creatures you're taming, or through Behemoth Gates
- Players who get stuck in foliage are no longer killed when the foliage is chopped down
- Fixed case where players could get-to and traverse under the world
- Fixed issue with Tribelogs getting reset
- Added new Server Admin Commands:
destroytribestructures
destroytribedinos
destroytribeplayers

Will destroy all instances of those things on the ARK, based on the Tribe owner (or player owner) of the thing that you are currently looking at.

* Fixed crash that servers could get with some mod uninstallations
* Made server fail to start if LandscapeSublevel is missing (e.g. due to a failed content update), as that could cause all creatures to fall through the world.
* ARK: Winter Wonderland Event begins!
* Massively improved game loading speed, & streaming times (reduced hitches), by using "seek free" packages (Note: this has added approximately 10GB to the game installation size)
* Rendering, & streaming, & CPU optimizations from console work
* Capability for mods to overwrite or add-to the ARK Island maps, which enables much more dynamic map mods (stackable too!)
Unversioned Hotfix: Client-side fixed an issue with crops appearing 'super tall'.
Unversioned Hotfix: Server-side fixed Electric Prod blueprint being dropped by Winter Wonderland presents. Is not intended to be released yet ;)
